May 14th 2008 Vance Duplechin and Bill Stephens were invited to Langley Virginia for a private tour of the Central Intelligence Agency. The writers were invited at the request of the Entertainment Liaison Officer at the Agency. The writers contacted the C.I.A. in regards to finding more information and confirming researched information on Morris Moe Berg for their screenplay Moe Berg, A Quiet Hero. The visit was an eye opening experience said Vance Duplechin. We learned so much of what the Agency does on a daily basis in regards to intelligence services for the United States. What we are most thankful for, is their openness in providing and confirming information on Moe Berg. Without it we could not have focused our writing on the actual events and exploits of Moe Berg. We came away with more inspiration for more stories about the exploits of the Central Intelligence Agency said Bill Stephens. When Moe Berg A Quiet Hero is theatrically released we will have a private screening at the C.I.A. Headquarters in Langley Virginia. |
